Everything you need to know about delivery

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

2. Estimated Delivery Time

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment
  • Some orders may have limited tracking depending on the shipping route
  • If you have not received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us

4. Delays & Exceptions

Certain situations are beyond our control and may cause shipping delays:

  • Customs inspections at the destination country
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Local postal or logistics partner delays
  • National holidays in the origin or destination country
  • High-volume periods (e.g. sale events, year-end)

We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will always do our best to help you track and resolve any issues.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We declare all shipments truthfully at their actual value. We cannot mark packages as "gift" to avoid customs fees — this is illegal.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a suitable solution.

  • For damaged items, please send us photos within 7 days of delivery
  • For lost orders, we will file a claim and reship or refund accordingly
